Laura and her partner had moved out of San Francisco mid-pandemic and ached to get back to the land of Fog and Honey. 

On a weekend trip to SF they just happened to walk by this house, something that was off their radar because they had been looking for single-family homes, not condos.

This house was built behind a Victorian and was completely detached with its own garden, garage, and gated driveway. However, because it technically shared a lot with the front house, it was listed as a no-HOA condo.

I arranged for a trusted realtor to unlock the house for them that evening while I connected with the brilliant listing agent who let me know that they were already looking at offers. I asked if they liked it, could we jump in on the counters? She said yes. 

We jumped and scored this incredible win. The only house they offered on during the feeding frenzy before interest rates began to swing.
